L'an mil sept cens cinquante quatre le
trois de may je soussigné curé de St François ay inhumé
dans le cimetiere de la paroisse Jean B^te LaBonté âgé
de soizante et quinze ans, il a reçu dans sa derniere maladie
tous les derniers sacrements, le Saint Viatique et l'extrême
onction apres s'être confessé, ont assisté a son enterrement
Le R^d Pere Aubery missionaire des Sauvages du lieu.

The year one thousand seven hundred fifty-four the
third of May I the undersigned pastor or St-François buried
in the cemetery of the parish Jean B^te LaBonté at the age
of seventy-five years, he received during his last sickness
all the last sacraments, the Holy Viaticum and Extreme-Unction
after having confessed himself, assisted at his burial
the R^d Father Aubery missionary for the Natives of the area.
