SIXTH GENERATION
Joseph CHAMPOUX was born on 20 May 1743 in St-Sulpice. He first married Marie Agathe LAPERCHE STJEAN, daughter of Gabriel LAPERCHE STJEAN & Marie Anne NICOLAS RIVET on 24 November 1766 in St-Sulpice, L'Assomption, Québec. They had six children. Marie Agathe was born on 17 April 1745 in St-Sulpice and died on 22 April 1774 in l'Assomption, Québec.
Then he married Marie Agathe COITOU STJEAN on 3 July 1775 in St-Pierre-du-Portage, L'Assomption, Québec. He died after 1805. (1)(2)
Marie Agathe COITOU STJEAN, daughter of Jacques COITOU STJEAN & Marie Agathe DELPÉ PARIZEAU, was born on 4 January 1751 in l'Assomption, Québec. She died between 1790 and 1805. (1)

Benjamin CHAMPOUX was born on 11 September 1785 in l'Assomption, Québec. He married Marie Anne LAPORTE on 8 September 1808 in St-Paul, Joliette, Québec. Marie Anne died on 16 and was 19 January 1857 in St-Paul, Co. Joliette, Québec. Benjamin died on 19 and was buried on 21 February 1860 in St-Paul, Co. Joliette, Québec. (2)
