3674. François GIROUARD dit LAVARANNE was born in 1621 in Loudunais, France. His parents were unknown. He married Jeanne AUCOIN circa 1647. (4)

3675. Jeanne AUCOIN was born around 1631. According to the Census 1671 of Port Royal, Jeanne was 40 years old. She was buried on 18 April 1718 in Port-Royal. Jeanne had a sister Michelle AUCOIN who was born around 1621 and married Michel BOURDROT around 1641. Michelle died on 17 or 18 Dec 1706 in Port-Royal.(4)

child653 i. Madeleine GIROUARD married Thomas CORMIER circa 1668.

child1016 ii. Jacob Jacques GIROUARD was also known as LA VARENNE. He married Marie Marguerite GAUTROT before 31 Dec 1687 in Acadie. (3)
