i.Bertrand CHENAY dit LAGARENNE was born around 1624 in Yffiniac, Diocese of St-Brieuc, Bretagne, Department of Côtes-du-Nord, France. He was also known as Bertrand CHENET & CHESNÉ. He married Marie Madeleine BÉLANGER on 7 Aug 1656 in Québec. He died 16 Jan 1683 in Québec.
