SEVENTH GENERATION
Joseph HOULE dit PÉTRIN was born 8 Nov and baptized 10 Nov 1764 in Bécancour. He signed a marriage contract on 20 Jan 1796 with Jeanne CARDIN before Notary Henri Crebassa . He married Jeanne LOISEAU CARDIN on 1 Feb 1796 in St-Pierre de Sorel . He died 22 Jan 1845 at the age of 81 years. (6)(7)

i. Marie Josephte HOUL HOULE was born 16 Aug 1800 and married Pierre MARTIN on 3 May 1824 in St-Michel d'Yamaska. (1) (8)ii. Marie-Anne HOULE was born 15 Dec 1804 and married 11 Jan 1831 Pierre VADNAIS (widower of Claire BADAYAC) in St-Michel d'Yamaska. (2)
iii. Jeanne HOULE was born 27 Jun 1798 and married 4 Nov 1822Jean-Baptiste SALVAS (widower of Madeline THÉROUX) in St-Michel d'Yamaska. (3)
iv. Marguerite HOULE was born 30 or 31 Jan 1802 and was married 24 Jan 1820 François VADNAIS (François VADNAIS & Geneviève COULOMBE) in St-Michel d'Yamaska. (3)
v. Michel HOULE was born 30 Sept 1806 and was first married 24 Feb 1829 Geneviève CARTIER (Louis CARTIER & Dorothée RICHOT) in St-Michel d'Yamaska. (3) He married a second time 21 Nov 1842 at Ste-Victoire of Sorel.
vi. Jean-Baptiste HOULE was born 24 Jun 1808 and married Marie MATHIEU (Michel MATHIEU & Judith BENOIT) 21 Nov 1836 at St Aimé. (4) He died at the age of 84 years on 27 May 1892. He was the First Mayor of St-Aimé Parish. (5)
vii. Monique HOULE was born 3/4 Mai 1812 and died 17 Oct 1883 at St-Aimé at the age of 71 years. She lived with her brother Jean-Baptiste. There is no mention of marriage. (5)
viii. Louise HOULE was born 1/2 Apr 1810 and died 14/15 Apr 1811.
ix. Angélique HOULE was born 6 Apr 1814 and died two days later on 8 Apr 1814.
